The All-Steinway Initiative at Shenandoah Conservatory
Inspire Talent.
Shenandoah Conservatory recently launched an initiative to join a select group of conservatories bearing the coveted “All-Steinway School” status. This pursuit of excellence reinforces Shenandoah Conservatory’s long-standing reputation as a leader in performing arts education--providing distinguished, caring faculty and aspiring artists with the world’s finest pianos on which to teach, learn and perform.
Representatives from Shenandoah University traveled to Hamburg, Germany as part of the Steinway Initiative. Shenandoah Conservatory Artist in Residence John O'Conor selected a new Hamburg Concert Grand Piano D for the Armstrong Concert Hall.
