Media Production Services & Academics
Media Production Services serves as a hands-on training laboratory for students interested in TV broadcast production through the undergraduate program in mass communication. Students receive training for all phases of video and television production. These include but are not limited to: Camera work, set up and break down for university productions such as sporting events, special events, promotional videos, TV commercials and TV shows. Students experience all aspects of video production and planning, pre- and post-production, and editing on our state-of-the-art AVID digital editing system. Students receive one-on-one, hands-on training from our professional staff. Opportunities also exist for internal internships, work-study and external internships through the ABC-affiliate TV3 Winchester.
