Welcome to the Registrar's Office at Shenandoah!
Our office is responsible for maintaining all student records, providing services related to course registration, and supporting and enforcing academic policies and procedures. We can help you with the following services:
- Registering for courses, dropping or adding a course, or withdrawing from a course
- Course schedules
- Transcript requests
- Certification of enrollment (usually for loan or insurance purposes)
- VA benefits
- Reserving classroom space
- Course schedules
- Final exam schedules
- Academic policies
- Privacy of student records
- Graduation

The registrar's office is located in Gregory Hall, just inside the doors into Gregory from the courtyard between Gregory and Armstrong.
We are open for business Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, except for Tuesdays when we open at 10 am.
