The Interview

Applicants selected for an interview are scheduled by the Admissions Coordinator, who also sends a letter of confirmation with details about the interview process. The Admissions Coordinator serves as point of contact for the applicants throughout the process. Interviews are scheduled on a first come first serve basis over two weekends (Friday Afternoon and all-day Saturday).

The interview process consists of a program orientation, group and individual interviews, tours of the facility and meeting with current students. Two interviewers for each portion (individual and group) of the interviews are selected from among PT faculty, program instructors, PT Program alumni, clinical preceptors and members of the PT Program Advisory Committee.

Any applicant without a medical terminology course will be required to take a proficiency exam (usually scheduled at the time of interview) to satisfy the entrance requirement.
