SELINSGROVE, Pa. –
The Shenandoah University men’s lacrosse team fell to 1-3 on the
season Wednesday afternoon as Susquehanna University rallied to take
a 9-7 victory.
Shenandoah held leads
of 5-3 in the third and 7-6 in the fourth before Susquehanna (1-1)
stormed back with three goals in the final

to
steal the victory. The win over the Hornets is the first for
Susquehanna in three lifetime meetings.
Sophomore Elmer Baker (Fort
Montgomery, N.Y./O'Neill) led SU in
the scoring column with four assists while senior Matt Burton (Ashburn,
Va./Woodbridge) had two goals. Junior Chris Keller (Smithsburg, Md./Smithburg)
moved into sole possession of second place on the all-time scoring
list with his goal and two assists.

the next 10 days until they open Pennsylvania Athletic Conference
play with a game at
Neumann
College
on March 23.
