– The SU men's tennis team is still in search of its
first victory this spring after
Bridgewater
College
completed the sweep of the season series Thursday
afternoon with a 6-1 win.
Bridgewater
defeated the Hornets (0-8) by the same 6-1 score on
March 26 in
Winchester
.
In Thursday's match,
senior KC Hatton (
Alexandria
,
Va.
/Hayfield) was the visitors only winner. Hatton defeated
John Carlson 6-1, 4-6, 6-1 at No. 2 singles.
Sophomore James Ham (
Burke
,
Va.
/NoVa) extended his No. 3 singles match to three sets. He
lost 6-2, 3-6, 2-6 to Tim Mahanes.
