WINCHESTER,
Va. – The women’s soccer team jumped out to the early lead
Sunday afternoon but was unable to hold on a Chowan College
took a 3-1 Dixie Conference decision.
SU (0-6, 0-2) tallied in the 26th minute when

final five minutes before the end of the first half to take a
lead it would never relinquish.

Righi had all three Braves goals; she scored in the 40th,
45th and 75th minutes to provide the
final margin of victory.
