– The men’s soccer team won its second game in two days in fine
fashion Sunday afternoon; SU pounded
Lincoln
University
8-0 in non-league action.
With the win, Shenandoah (9-4) has assured itself of the program’s
best record since a 13-4 campaign in 1997. The victory is also the 80th
of Head Coach Rob Kulton’s men’s soccer tenure. He now has 106 total
SU wins, 26 of which came with the women’s program from 1991-93.

scored the first of eight Hornets goals on the afternoon when he headed
home a feed from Will Scott (

Kulton’s
club then added goals in the 18th, 26th, 37th,
50th, 62nd, 73rd, and 83rd
minutes to secure the blowout victory. Scott and Auguste both finished

State Division II-III Championship at Shenandoah Valley Golf Club with
a ninth place finish.
SU
shot a 336-335--671 over the two-day event at the par 72, 6399 yard
SVGC Red and Blue nines. Christopher Newport won the event at
287-290--577, while Ferrum finished just ahead of the Hornets at
326-338--664.
Sophomore
