Winchester, Va. (December 4,
2000) - The men's basketball team runs its
winning streak to three with an 89-77 victory
over longtime rival Frostburg State Monday
evening. Senior Ted Davis has 18 points in the
Hornets 31st victory of the long running series.
Two players turned in career high scoring totals
in the win, junior Chris Merriweather and
freshman Chad Breahears. Merriweather had 17
points while Brashears 15 came on five three-point
shots.

Shenandoah travels to
Murfreesboro, N.C. to play in the Chowan Shootout
this weekend. Coach Rob Harris and his Hornets
will face Alvernia College in the first round and
then either Salisbury State or host in Saturday
afternoon action.
