HELP LATINO/A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS PREP FOR COLLEGE

Become a mentor with the Scholars’ Latino Initiative (SLI). SLI provides a personal approach to academic success for Latino/a students by facilitating three-year relationships between Latino/a high school scholars and mentors, who are undergraduate Shenandoah students.

Shenandoah mentors come from all majors and backgrounds, and do not have to be Latino/a to apply. If you’re a current freshman and want learn more as well as meet current mentors, attend one of these two interest meetings:

  • Thursday, March 26, at 5 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, Room 120.
  • Wednesday, April 1, at 5 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, Room 120.
