SU Introduces 'app' as part of iMLearning Initiative

Shenandoah's application for the iPod touch and iPhone features university maps, calendar events, directory and sports scores. It is now available from the Apple iTunes Store.

Anyone with an iPod touch or iPhone can go to iTunes (you have to download iTunes to your computer first at www.apple.com/itunes/overview/). Once downloaded to your computer, click on “iTunes Store.”

Type "Shenandoah University" into the "Search iTunes Store" search block in the upper right corner. "Shenandoah University Mobile" will be in the upper left corner under the "Applications" module. Click on it, and download it for free to your iPod or iPhone.

With this mobile app, you'll stay connected with upcoming events, dining hall menus, athletics, interactive maps, staff and faculty directories and other useful information.

Over the next year, Shenandoah University will add and refine the app as administrators receive feedback from the community.
