General Information: Your student account is where you are charged for tuition, room & board, and other fees. Any payments that you make, or financial aid (scholarships, grants, loans, etc.) that you receive are credited to your account. Each month you will receive a statement showing the transactions for that month and your current account balance. If your account has a -0- balance and there are no transactions that month you will not receive a statement that month.

If your statement has a balance due, you should pay by the due date to avoid incurring a service charge. If your statement shows a credit balance (amount followed by CR), you can apply for a refund, by filling out a Student Refund/Transfer Request form, and returning it to the Business Office.
