Responsibilities: Coordinate the administration of cash receipts and deposits for all university funds, prepare and distribute monthly phone bills to faculty, staff and students, receive inquiries by phone or at the business office counter from customers concerning business office functions and respond to them directly or by referral to the appropriate personnel, and provide general office support for the business office.
