Shenandoah Conservatory muscic, theatre, dance
Cello Ensemble has become an established tradition at Shenandoah Conservatory, since the creation of the cello ensemble Cello 12, established in 2002 by cello professor Julian Tryczynski.
Today, the Shenandoah Conservatory Cello Ensemble has grown in size to include nearly 20 cello students from the studio of Clyde Shaw. In addition to the larger ensemble, which performs annually under the direction of Clyde Shaw, professor Shaw has created and performs with a professional touring cello quartet of doctoral students, the Shenandoah Cello Quartet.
