The Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies curriculum is designed for talented instrumentalists preparing for careers as performing musicians, arrangers and composers in the jazz-fusion and commercial music idioms. The curriculum includes extensive development of keyboard skills, electronic sequencing/synthesizer skills and a thorough program of jazz improvisation training.
