The Master of Science
with a major in Arts Administration curriculum is designed to train administrators and organizers in the
arts who come to the curriculum from a variety of backgrounds in the arts. The
student who already holds a baccalaureate degree in arts management should
pursue the Master of Business Administration degree.
Entrance
Requirements:
The student must hold a
baccalaureate degree in an area of the arts. Persons with baccalaureate degrees
in other disciplines may be considered on an individual basis if they have had
extensive non-curricular experiences in the arts.
Degree
Requirements: The degree
requirement is a minimum of 30 credit hours with grades of B or better in
required courses and a grade point average of 3.000.
