The Vocal Chamber Ensemble is composed of a select group of graduate singers and instrumentalist and performs chamber music from the baroque to contemporary era with a wide variety of instrumental accompaniments. The ensemble concentrates on one specific genre per semester. For example, one semester may focus on baroque solo cantatas with harpsichord and instruments while another semester may concern itself with the duets, trios, and quartets of the great Lied composers.
