Note: Technical support, business office and registration support is, at best, limited on weekends and holidays for students. Please refer to your course syllabus for instructor contact information and office hours. Weekend/holiday emails to Education Outreach personnel will be addressed as a priority on Monday mornings or the first workday after a holiday, whichever comes first.

Please note that students are NOT fully registered in Office of Education Outreach courses until payment is received.
There are two basic methods of enrollment: a paper registration or Instant (online) Enrollment. Both methods are explained below:
Instant (online) Enrollment is available for students registering for OEO initial licensure on-site and distance courses. A credit card is required to use Instant Enrollment. Students using Instant Enrollment are immediately registered for their selected course(s).
Click the Instant Enrollment Quick Reference Sheet for easy instructions on using IE. Otherwise, please follow the instructions below when you are ready to enroll in an OEO initial licensure course.
ACCESS TO INSTANT ENROLLMENT HOMEPAGE:
Go to Shenandoah University's Blackboard homepage: http://learn.su.edu. Under the “Preview as Guest” block, you will see a link for “WebAdvisor.” Click on “WebAdvisor.” Then, click on “Search for Education Outreach Courses.” The Instant Enrollment screen will load.
Please note: the best way to see ALL Education Outreach courses listed under Instant Enrollment is to select “Education Outreach Office”under the Topic Code heading when searching for courses. After selecting the Topic Code, select the desired course location:
-DST: Distance (online) learning
-NVC: Northern Virginia Campus (Leesburg)
-MAIN: Winchester Campus
Select the course(s) from the list of available courses and continue with the registration process. Students using Instant Enrollment will receive a registration confirmation email to the personal email address provided during the IE process.
Please note that sponsored students must enroll for courses via a paper registration or through their school's website. Please contact Shenandoah University's Coordinator of Education Outreach at 540-535-3552 for sponsored student registration questions.
