Dale I. Foreman, PhD
Ph.D., University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn., 1971 (Educational Statistics and Measurement including Testing with a minor in biostatistics)

Primary interests: design and development of methods for improving reliability and validity of testing and measurement of all levels of individuals; preparation of efficient and effective methods of delivery of statistical procedures and research methods to educational administrators and teachers.

Extensive full-time faculty experience applying an interactive model involving student hands-on with the statistical learning process. The methods used demand resource application for learning the process. Writing tests and other curriculum materials that are relevant to the background of the students in the program. Conducting research and managing grants that relate to the school systems of students in the Ed.D. program.

Curriculum development: Currently writing a text for non-parametric statistics that is nearly finished and is in the publisher’s hands for review. Have a book on, Writing Good Criterion Referenced Tests about two-thirds complete, and it will be submitted to a publisher by next spring for review and publication. The second book is being used for RST671 this fall.
