Shenandoah University invites applications for a full-time, benefited position supporting the deans and directors with operational functions, coordinating the campus activities for students and supervising the staff and facilities at the campus in Leesburg.

Qualifications include a minimum of five years experience working with the public and experience working in a complex office environment. Experience in higher education is a plus.Bachelors degree is preferred.

Supervisory skills and the leadership ability to coordinate a small office staff is essential. Requirements include strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, exceptional customer service experience, and excellent interpersonal skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage detail-oriented projects.

Strong computer and database skills are required. Must have experience with both PC and Macintosh platforms in order to assist faculty, staff and students with software and application questions. Also, experience working with Datatel Colleague software is a plus.

Availability to work evenings and weekends on occasion as needed. Duties require travel to the main campus in Winchester. A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is necessary. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Pre-employment background check and drug screen will be required.
