The Division of Occupational Therapy at Shenandoah University invites applicants for two full-time, 12-month faculty positions to fill our dynamic and growing entry level program. We are seeking qualified individuals committed to Shenandoah Universitys innovative hybrid teaching model and expansion to the Northern Virginia area.

Position Requirements: Selected faculty will be responsible for (a) teaching entry level occupational therapy students in pediatrics or mental health practice b) mentor students in faculty led research c) provide community, department, professional and university service d) advise occupational therapy students throughout the OT curriculum.

Additionally, selected faculty will be responsible to assist in interdisciplinary education initiative development and collaboration with health profession faculty for research, curricular development and programming. Faculty will teach in both the Winchester and Ashburn, VA campuses.

Qualifications: Earned doctorate; research doctorate preferred, clinical background in pediatrics or mental health. Demonstrate a strong interest in hybrid learning platforms, and experiential learning; have a record of, or potential for, scholarly productivity. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia.

Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
