Shenandoah University seeks an individual to coordinate and manage the process of admissions for our Pharmacy students and various administrative duties for the Assistant/Associate Dean for Student Affairs. Exceptional administrative skills will be required along with the ability to demonstrate considerable discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.

Primary functions include producing and maintaining documents to include but not limited to correspondence, reports, records, requisitions, statistical data, tabulations, forms, and coordination of reports with other departments.

Position requirements:
  • College degree preferred, will consider exceptional track record of experience.
  • Experience of 3-5 years in a similar position is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills required and ability to perform basic programs with accuracy. Datatel database experience desired.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Other: Primary work setting is an office environment. Computer utilization requires manual dexterity and visual acuity. Some travel required.
