Restaurant Night in the Clement Board Room (upper dining hall) is from 6 to 7 p.m. Students can make reservations by calling 540/665-4924; leave your entree choice and SU I.D. number. Entree choices are: Sauteed Chicken Breast Florentine or (vegetarian entree) Penne Primavera with Sundried Tomato Pesto Cream. All dinners include salad (spring greens, gorgonzola, dried cranberries, apples, candied nuts with balsamic vinaigrette), vegetable and potato, rolls and butter, special dessert, iced tea and water. Use your meal plan or pay the guest rate ($10.51). Reservations taken through noon Thursday.
