“Their Story, Our History” & “The Colored Museum”: Black History Month Performances

Their Story, Our History: The Colored Museum begins at 8:30 p.m. in the Recital Hall, Goodson Chapel. This Annual Black History Month show, consisting of performances of Their Story, Our History: The Colored Museum hosted by Intercultural Programs and Black Student Union. These student-led shows are an artistic showcase of what the word Black means us. This year’s show features “The Colored Museum” written by George C. Wolfe and presented through The Margin Theater. This satire is a series of 11 “exhibits” that explores and satires prominent themes and identities of African American culture. This is a free event. Come with an open heart and mind and find out with Black means to our Shenandoah community.
