Track & Field Chipotle Fundraiser is from 5 to 9 p.m. at Chipotle on S. Pleasant Valley Avenue. Fifty percent of the proceeds benefit to the Hornets track and field team. Douglas Norton of the Climate Reality Project

Douglas Norton of the Climate Reality Project speaks at 7 p.m. in Henkel Hall, Hester Auditorium. As a senior member of the NASA team from 1980 through 1998, Norton was personally engaged in development of the NASA climate change research program. Fraternity Field Day

Fraternity Field Day is from 2 to 4 p.m. on the main campus quad. Six Greek fraternities – Phi Mu Alpha, Sigma Alpha Iota, Sigma Rho Delta, Alpha Kappa Psi, Kappa Kappa Psi and Alpha Psi Omega – host this fundraising event to honor the late Gabriella Miller. Miller made a lasting impression on many people at Shenandoah, and students in these organizations want to honor her. All proceeds go to the Smashing Walnuts Foundation, which Gabriella and her family established to raise funds and awareness for pediatric cancer research. Join your favorite fraternities for relay races, games and friendly competition! Everyone can participate or cheer on friends from the sidelines. Bring cash donations. “Greeks for Gabby” Bake Sale at the Student Life Mega Yard Sale is open between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the field in front of the Ohrstrom-Bryant Theatre. Stop by and purchase some sweet treats.
