Distinguished Educator Program and Apple Tools

Megan Raymond, Higher Education Development Executive, Apple Corporation, will be available to talk with faculty about applying for the Apple Distinguished Programs Awards, using iBooks, and answer questions about Apple tools for higher education.

iBooks Author and e-Publishing

She will give examples of how faculty at many universities are using iBooks Author to create rich and innovative publications and will explain how institutions are evaluating this scholarship.

New Student Planning Module for WebAdvisor [9/30]

Starting this Fall, faculty that are advising freshmen will need to use the new, and much improved, Student Planning Module. This session will introduce you to the new system and give you an opportunity to try it and ask questions.  

 

All faculty are welcome to come, but faculty advising first time freshmen are especially encouraged to participate.  The new system will be rolled out to all students and advisors in the Spring.
