Lesson 1

 

The following will be used to determine students grades on the finished Tally Sheet.  The Quiz will be worth a max of 20 points.  Two points will be removed for each incorrect answer. 18 points > =A, 16 points or > B, 14 points or > C, 12 points or > D, < 12 points F.   

Grade for the Tally Sheet:     5 or < points F; 6 or more points D; 10 or > points C; 15 or >  points B; 18 or > points A.

The grade from the Quiz and the Tally sheet will be added together than divided by two to determine the grade for lesson one, data collection.  18 points or more will be an A, 16 points or more will be a B, 14 points or more will be a C, 12 points or more will be a D, and less than 12 points will be an F.   

This will be used to Grade the Tally Sheet.

I will use a fudge factor for topics that lend themselves to have only 6 variations.  For those I will need 160 tallies to make a "B", or 180 tallies to make an "A".  For the topics with only 8 variations you will need 160 tallies to make an "A".

Bar Graphs Lesson Two

The following will be used to determine students grades on the finished bar graph.  The Quiz will be worth a max of 20 points.  Two points will be removed for each incorrect answer. 18 points > =A, 16 points or > B, 14 points or > C, 12 points or > D, < 12 points F. 

Grade for the Bar Graph:     6 or < points F; 10 or less points D; 14 or < points C; 17 or <  points B; 18 or > points A.

The grade from the Quiz and the Students Bar Graph will be added together than divided by two to determine the grade for lesson two, Bar Graph.  18 points or more will be an A, 16 points or more will be a B, 14 points or more will be a C, 12 points or more will be a D, and less than 12 points will be an F.   

This will be used to Grade the Students Bar Graph.

Excel Lesson Three

The following will be used to determine students grades on the finished Excel Lesson.  The Quiz will be worth a max of 20 points.  Two points will be removed for each incorrect answer. 18 points > =A, 16 points or > B, 14 points or > C, 12 points or > D, < 12 points F.

Grade for the Excel lesson:     6 or < points F; 10 or less points D; 14 or < points C; 17 or <  points B; 18 or > points A.

The grade from the Quiz and the Excel lesson will be added together than divided by two to determine the grade for lesson three.  18 points or more will be an A, 16 points or more will be a B, 14 points or more will be a C, 12 points or more will be a D, and less than 12 points will be an F.

This will be used to Grade the Excel Lesson 3.

Excel Make Graphs Lesson Four

 

The following will be used to determine students grades on the finished Excel Lesson making Graphs.  The Quiz will be worth a max of 20 points.  Two points will be removed for each incorrect answer. 18 points > =A, 16 points or > B, 14 points or > C, 12 points or > D, < 12 points F.

Grade for the Graphs lesson four:     5 or < points F; 10 or less points D; 15 or < points C; 20 or <  points B; 21 or > points A.

The grade from the Quiz and the Excel Lesson making graphs will be added together than divided by two to determine the grade for lesson four, making graphs.  18 points or more will be an A, 16 points or more will be a B, 14 points or more will be a C, 12 points or more will be a D, and less than 12 points will be an F.

This will be used to Grade the Make Graphs Lesson 4.

Write Report Microsoft Word Lesson Five

 

The following will be used to determine students grades on the finished Lesson five written report with Microsoft Word.  The Quiz will be worth a max of 20 points.  Two points will be removed for each incorrect answer. 18 points > =A, 16 points or > B, 14 points or > C, 12 points or > D, < 12 points F.

Grade for the Written report:     5 or < points F; 10 or less points D; 15 or < points C; 20 or <  points B; 21 or > points A.

The grade from the Quiz and the written report will be added together than divided by two to determine the grade for lesson five.  18 points or more will be an A, 16 points or more will be a B, 14 points or more will be a C, 12 points or more will be a D, and less than 12 points will be an F.

This will be used to Grade Microsoft Lesson 5.
