If weather
conditions before 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, mandate a move
inside, an announcement will be made on local radio station WINC
92.5-FM, Winchester Community Television Adelphia Cable Channel
20, the SU Web page and the university Audix system for main administrative
office telephones.
If severe
weather conditions develop once the ceremony begins, President
Tracy Fitzsimmons will make the decision to move activities inside
and directions will be given.
