Haitian Girl Injured in Earthquake Receives Treatment from SU Physical Therapy Students

Shenandoah University President Tracy Fitzsimmons returned from Haiti this week with five-year-old Meloonda Bregard, who was seriously injured when her home collapsed during the massive earthquake that hit the island nation in January. Representatives from the university's physical therapy and occupational therapy programs traveled with the president and will be managing Meloonda's rehabilitation during the next three months.
