Following the Jan. 12 earthquake in Haiti, Cindy & Jerry Saint-Fort wanted to go home to their parents in the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince, but they knew they needed to stay at Shenandoah to work on their education.
The Center for Faith Community Nursing at Shenandoah University will offer the three-session training course “Congregational Health Advocates: Widening the Circle of Care”on October 10 and 25 and November 8.
