    Assignments:
    Smith Library Website - This will be your first stop for many assignments in this class and many others.  Familiarize yourself with it by completing the Treasure Hunt exercise.

    Library Website Treasure Hunt - due at the beginning of class Tuesday 9-2-08 

    Term Project Topic Selection - You must be ready to make a selection by the beginning of class Thursday 9-4-08.  Your name will be posted along side the topic you select.    No two students may select the same topic.  First come - first served - provide a written request or e-mail me.  Your selection must be written. 

    a.  Select a topic which is of interest to you.  There are a variety of topics from which to choose.

    b.  Use a topic assigned to you in another class - this allows you to benefit in two classes for the work performed in RSCH 190

    c.  You will use the same topic throughout the semester
