
Transfer your related or unrelated Associate Degree or credit hours into the Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care degree. (We will work with each student as an individual in an attempt to transfer as much previous course work as possible).
Shenandoah University, a United Methodist affiliated institution, was founded in 1875 in Dayton, Virginia and moved to Winchester in 1960. The University is accredited by all appropriate associations and agencies including the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Shenandoah's Respiratory Care Program is the oldest accredited program in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
On average, 85 percent of SU students receive some form of financial assistance. Financial aid is offered in the form of scholarships, grants and loans. The average financial aid package is approximately $10,000.
There are approximately 141 full-time faculty and 155 part-time faculty providing instruction to almost 2300 students enrolled in 60 programs. A low student-faculty ratio facilitates individualized and personal attention. The Shenandoah Advantage.
