About the Course

What are the questions an ESL/EFL professional needs to ask when determining how to match student needs with an appropriate method? What ARE the different methods available, and what are the criteria for evaluating them?

This course addresses these and other essential issues with which the ESL/EFL instructor should be familiar. The objective is not to provide future language teachers with a "grab bag" of methods, but rather to equip them to evaluate, adapt, and use various teaching methods that are suited to particular environments and goals.
