SU Home Admissions Financial Aid
Shenandoah University has three types of work programs for students:
These programs are awarded by the Financial Aid Office. These programs are based on need, which requires each student to file a FAFSA form. The average award for a semester is $750. Student's hourly rate of pay is determined by their class rank when they enter: freshman, sophomore, junior or senior. A normal work week consists from 8 to 10 hours. Students receive paychecks twice a month. This money can be used at the student's discretion. Students who are awarded by the Financial Aid Office are assigned a position by the Office of the Vice President for Administration & Finance. Student's receive a
Work-Study Placement Form and are asked to complete it and return it with their award letters to Financial Aid. Some jobs are off-campus and require students have transportation. If you are willing and have transportation, please indicate on your Work-Study Questionnaire. For off-campus directions click here. Some Some of the positions available are:|
