Students assigned to the University Institutional Computing will carry various responsibilities depending on the students computer skills and knowledge. Students working in the Institutional Computing will be responsible for answering network and software related questions, track all incoming phone calls, give regular feedback to the Institutional Computing help desk, and enter work orders. Students may also be assigned to monitor University computer labs. These students must be responsible and dependable as well as have general computer knowledge.
