Students assigned to the University Radio Station must be responsible and dependable and have a basic understanding of radio production and station operations. Their responsibilities include reception and answering telephones; keeping the station clean; monitoring and any necessary adjustment of the station signal when it is in automated program mode; production assistance when DJs are on the air; and basic office and computer duties (filing, keeping records, database entry and word processing).
