Duties and Responsibilities
  • Student will handle all aspects of taking and processing telephone ticket orders for subscriptions and individual orders as well as counter sales
  • Processing of orders with all types of payment
  • Must be able to handle "day of" sales at remote locations
  • Maintain databases for the various departments presenting performances
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with particular attention to detail
  • Must be able to work a flexible and demanding schedule
  • Experience handling all payment types and strong computer and customer service skills are a plus
