Autumn Apsey is the parliamentarian of the Student Government Association at Shenandoah University.  She is a junior from Cumberland, Maryland, and a graduate of Allegany High School. She has one younger brother. Autumn is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a certificate in Spanish translations. She eventually plans to attend graduate school for a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

 

Autumn has served as a Senator in the SU Student Government for the Arts and Sciences the past four semesters. She currently serves as the president of the Health Professions Organization (HPO), and Secretary of College Democrats. She is also a member of Citizen Scholars, Alpha Lambda Delta, Psychology club, and Student Ambassadors. Autumn has also participated in Relay for Life as a team captain, and was sent to Panama as a part of the Global Citizenship Project of 2007.

Autumn encourages all students to take an active role in the Shenandoah campus, and to seek organizations and involvement within their interests. She is proud to serve on the SGA executive board, and hopes to contribute to a successful year.
