Summer Camps & Conferences
 

Welcome and thank you for choosing Shenandoah University to host your Summer Camp/Conference in 2008.  Below is a list of what information has been included in the links below. 

  1. Facilities Information—includes a list of buildings as well as facilities that are available to be used by conferences and camps during the summer.

  2. Housing Information—includes a list of residence halls as well as a small description of the different buildings.

  3. Dining Services Information—includes times and prices for usage.

  4. Policies and Information for On-Campus Conference Guests—please read through and discuss with your conference attendees.

  5. Forms that MUST be filled out:

    3. 2008 Summer Reservation Form-Housing Information

These forms must be completed and mailed back to Shenandoah University before April 1st, 2008.   Upon receipt of completed forms, you will be contacted by the Office of Summer Programs.  A contract will be drawn up and must be signed by Shenandoah University as well as by the person that is in charge of the conference.  All contracts must be submitted to the Office of Summer Programs before May 1st, 2008.  All camps/conferences must submit a deposit (25% of total cost of camp/conference) 30 days prior to arrival.  If you have any questions with regard to your summer camp, feel free to call 540-665-5445 and we would be happy to assist you.
