RESOURCES & REFERRALS
Counseling
Services maintains a Resource Library of books, handouts and pamphlets for
use by students. Please also review our links to self-help handouts, web
and community resources.
Self-Help Resources
Student
concerns do not always require professional attention. For some issues, you
may benefit from obtaining educational handouts to help you solve your own
problems. Also, students obtaining help at Counseling Services can be aided
by many useful self-help resources. These educational materials deal with
such frequent concerns as stress, alcohol and other drug use, depression,
perfectionism, and relationship breakups.
