Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy
Encourages education, development, and promotion of the principles and practices of managed care pharmacy. This organization strives to enhance the common academic and professional interests of the Chapter members by offering professional and leadership opportunities.

American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists
Serves as a professional organization for pharmacy students who wish to take a clinical approach to the practice of pharmaceutical care. This organizations provides opportunities for student participation in the decision-making process of pharmacy on the Chapter, State, Regional ad National levels and makes information in all fields of pharmacy practice readily available to all pharmacy student pharmacists in these areas.

Audio Engineering Society
To expand the knowledge and expertise of participants in the field of recording and all other applicable fields. This organization helps to advance science in both theoretical and practical applications, of preparing, publishing ad distributing literature and periodicals relative to the foregoing purposes and policies.

Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International
To bring about spiritual growth and the advancement of knowledge and ethics in the service and practice of pharmacy by providing the resources, tools, and expertise necessary to challenge, encourage, and promote the integration of Christian principles and standards within the practice.

Health Professions Organization (HPO)
To support and encourage the students of Shenandoah University in their endeavors to enter the health care industry as physician assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, chiropractors, and veterinarians. The HPO strives to instill in future heath care providers the importance of volunteerism and an understanding and appreciation of other professions in the health care community.

Kappa Epsilon Fraternity
To unite women in pharmacy, stimulate a desire for high scholarship, to foster a professional consciousness, and to provide a band of lasting loyalty, interest and friendship.

Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity
Incorporated To conduct a fraternal organization for the mutual benefit of the members; to advance the profession of Pharmacy, educationally, fraternally, and socially; to instill industry, sobriety, fellowship, and high ideals in its members; and to foster scholarship and pharmaceutical research.

Student Virginia Society of Health System Pharmacists
A professional organization for pharmacy students interested in learning about clinical pharmacy and residencies. This organization strives to extend pharmaceutical care focused on achieving positive patient outcomes through drug therapy; provide services that foster the efficacy, safety, and cot-effectiveness of drug use; contribute to programs and services that emphasize the health needs of the public and the prevention of disease; and promote pharmacy as an essential component of the care team.

Student Occupational Therapy Association
To provide students with educational opportunities through community exposure, as well as through organized events, workshops, and seminars. This organization also provides students with opportunities to network with fellow students, faculty, administrators, community representatives, and occupational therapy clients and with involvement opportunities to promote occupational therapy through group functions, fundraisers, service projects, and social activities.

National Community Pharmacists Association
Dedicated to the continuing growth and prosperity of independent community pharmacy in the U.S. by promoting the pharmacy profession and the role of independent pharmacy in the American health care system; maintaining and expanding educational programs; and providing effective support and sponsorship of programs which encourage careers in independent pharmacy practice.

Organization of Arts Management Students
To gain professional experience through activities, while producing services not traditionally produced by other organizations on campus, and assisting other organizations with activities relating to arts management.

Phi Delta Chi
Develops leaders to advance the profession of pharmacy, it is a lifelong experience, promoting scholastic, professional, and social growth in its Brothers.

Physical Therapy Student Association
To advance the profession of physical therapy and promote scholastic and professional success through its events and fundraising.

Rotract
To develop professional and leadership skills; to emphasize respect for the rights of others, and to promote ethical standards and the dignity of all useful occupations; to provide opportunities for working in cooperation with sponsoring Rotary clubs; and to motivate young people for eventual membership in Rotary.

Shenandoah Conservatory Music Educators Conference (SCMENC)
To make opportunities available for professional development; acquaint students with the privileges and responsibilities of the music education profession; provide opportunities for members to become acquainted with leaders in the music education profession through participation in the chapter, district, state, division, and national conference.

Shenandoah University Music Therapy Association (SUMTA)
To promote awareness, establishment, and growth of music therapy within Shenandoah University and the greater community; to serve as a support organization for the members of SUMTA; to provide service to the community; to be active members of the Mid-Atlantic Region for Music Therapy Students at the regional level and the American Music Therapy Association at the national level.

Student Nurses Association
To assume responsibility for contributing to nursing education in order to provide for the highest quality health care; to provide programs representative of fundamental and current professional interest and concerns; to aid in the development of the whole persons, his/her professional role, and his/her responsibility of the health care of people in all walks of life; to have direct input into standards of nursing education and influence the educational process; and to promote and encourage participation in community affairs and activities towards improved health care and the resolution of related social issues.
