Judicial System

The Division of Student Affairs provides guidelines by which faculty and staff of Shenandaoh University may address alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct by Shenandoah University students. The office of the Vice President for Student Affairs remains a neutral body; listening to both parties and rendering sanctions to students in matters involving non-academic honor code violations.

We also provide disciplinary clearances for students as requested for scholarships, study abroad opportunities, and employment. A request signed by the student giving permission for us to released this information is required to be presented at the time of inquiry.
