Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy:
Encourages education, development, and promotion of the principles and practices of managed care pharmacy. This organization strives to enhance the common academic and professional interests of the Chapter members by offering professional and leadership opportunities.
African Student Association
Alpha Chi
To stimulate and recognize scholarship and those elements of character that make for effective, positive scholarship.
Alpha Lambda Delta
An honorary society for students who have maintained a 3.5 GPA ad are in the top 20% of their class during their first year at Shenandoah University.
Alpha Psi Omega
To stimulate interest in theatre activities at Shenandoah University and to secure for the university, all of the advantages and mutual helpfulness provided by a National Honorary Dramatic Service Fraternity as well as provide students a reward for their participation and service in the theatre production and activities of Shenandoah University.
American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists
Serves as a professional organization for pharmacy students who wish to take a clinical approach to the practice of pharmaceutical care. This organizations provides opportunities for student participation in the decision-making process of pharmacy on the Chapter, State, Regional ad National levels and makes information in all fields of pharmacy practice readily available to all pharmacy student pharmacists in these areas.
Amnesty International
Amnesty International's mission is to undertake research and action focused on preventing and ending grave abuses of the rights to physical and mental integrity, freedom of conscience and expression, and freedom from discrimination, within its work to promote all human rights.
Audio Engineering Society
To expand the knowledge and expertise of participants in the field of recording and all other applicable fields. This organization helps to advance science in both theoretical and practical applications, of preparing, publishing ad distributing literature and periodicals relative to the foregoing purposes and policies.
Avalon
The purpose of Avalon is to produce a high-quality literary magazine that may contain student art, poetry, prose, photography, drama, and musical compositions.
Black Student Union
This organization is assembled for the purpose of motivating students to become involved on campus, coordinate activities to strengthen cultural awareness, and provide assistance to the development and utilization of their skills to the extent that they can become a professionally organized body of students on the campus and deal with social, cultural, and educational problems.
Campus Crusade for Christ
It is an interdenominational ministry establishing a spiritual movement to create fellowship within the SU community.
Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International
To bring about spiritual growth and the advancement of knowledge and ethics in the service and practice of pharmacy by providing the resources, tools, and expertise necessary to challenge, encourage, and promote the integration of Christian principles and standards within the practice.
Circle K
It is an organization that is assembled for the purpose of community service and they are patterned after the Kiwanis Club.
Colleges Against Cancer
It is a national collaboration of college students, faculty and staff dedicated to fighting cancer, volunteering for the American Cancer Society, and improving college communities by installing and supporting programs for the awareness of cancer.
College Democrats
This organization is assembled to promote the ideals of the Democratic Party.
Harambee Gospel Choir
It is a student organization run by the students of Shenandoah University that is assembled to motivate spiritual growth through Gospel music.
Health Professions Organization (HPO)
To support and encourage the students of Shenandoah University in their endeavors to enter the health care industry as physician assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, chiropractors, and veterinarians. The HPO strives to instill in future heath care providers the importance of volunteerism and an understanding and appreciation of other professions in the health care community.
International Students Association (ISA)
To provide International students with extra support through group activities, educational opportunities, and to develop a close-knit International Community on campus. The ISA also strives to enrich cultural awareness on campus by providing more opportunities for domestic students to learn about other countries and to make International friends.
Kappa Epsilon Fraternity
To unite women in pharmacy, stimulate a desire for high scholarship, to foster a professional consciousness, and to provide a band of lasting loyalty, interest and friendship.
Kappa Kappa Psi
To model excellence through superior musicianship, preparation, loyalty, dedication, and leadership in the ensembles at Shenandoah University; To serve the ensembles by assisting in rehearsals, publicizing events to the community, creating a positive social atmosphere amongst band members, and supporting worthwhile projects and activities; and to remain loyal to the Brotherhood of Kappa Kappa Psi by supporting its ideals and purposes and promoting fraternal bonds.
Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity
Incorporated To conduct a fraternal organization for the mutual benefit of the members; to advance the profession of Pharmacy, educationally, fraternally, and socially; to instill industry, sobriety, fellowship, and high ideals in its members; and to foster scholarship and pharmaceutical research.
Midnight Blue Crew
Facilitates student interest and support at Shenandoah University athletic events. The organization will stimulate pride and spirit in Shenandoah University students by creating a collegiate atmosphere at SU sporting events.
Muslim Student Association
The purpose of this organization is to help provide the religious, social, and intellectual needs of Muslim students on campus while serving as a resource to educate the entire community about Islam. It will enable Muslim and non-Muslim students to carry out volunteer programs and projects for the betterment of everyone in the area as taught in Islam.National Community Pharmacists Association
Dedicated to the continuing growth and prosperity of independent community pharmacy in the U.S. by promoting the pharmacy profession and the role of independent pharmacy in the American health care system; maintaining and expanding educational programs; and providing effective support and sponsorship of programs which encourage careers in independent pharmacy practice.
Nurses Christian Fellowship
It is an organization of nursing students existing to provide a place to grow, share, care, and support one another.
Organization of Arts Management Students
To gain professional experience through activities, while producing services not traditionally produced by other organizations on campus, and assisting other organizations with activities relating to arts management.
Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society
To encourage the study of history and to recognize excellence in history at Shenandoah University.
Phi Delta Chi
Develops leaders to advance the profession of pharmacy, it is a lifelong experience, promoting scholastic, professional, and social growth in its Brothers.
Phi Lambda Sigma
To encourage, recognize, and promote leadership in pharmacy. Special attention shall be given to the development of leadership qualities.
Phi Mu Alpha
To develop the best and truest fraternal spirit; the mutual welfare and Brotherhood of musical students; the advancement of music in America and a loyalty to the Alma Mater.
Phi Theta Epsilon
To recognize ad encourage scholastic excellence of occupational therapy students; to contribute to the advancement of the field of occupational therapy through the scholarly activities of student and alumni members; and to provide a vehicle for students enrolled in accredited programs in occupational therapy to exchange information and to collaborate regarding scholarly activities.
Pho Chi
Encourages and recognizes excellence in intellectual achievement and fosters fellowship among its members. Further, the society encourages high standards of conduct and character, and advocates critical inquiry in all aspects of pharmacy.

To advance the profession of physical therapy and promote scholastic and professional success through its events and fundraising.
Political Science Society
The Political Science Society dedicated to the furthering of knowledge in the field of political science, governing, and other politically sensitive issues for its participants and the nearby community.
Psychology Club
The Psychology Club is an organization whose purpose is to encourage and stimulate its members in all fields of study, but particularly in psychology, and to advance the understanding of psychological issues and career related areas.
Rotract
To develop professional and leadership skills; to emphasize respect for the rights of others, and to promote ethical standards and the dignity of all useful occupations; to provide opportunities for working in cooperation with sponsoring Rotary clubs; and to motivate young people for eventual membership in Rotary.
Shenandoah Conservatory Music Educators Conference (SCMENC)
To make opportunities available for professional development; acquaint students with the privileges and responsibilities of the music education profession; provide opportunities for members to become acquainted with leaders in the music education profession through participation in the chapter, district, state, division, and national conference.
Shenandoah University Music Therapy Association (SUMTA)
To promote awareness, establishment, and growth of music therapy within Shenandoah University and the greater community; to serve as a support organization for the members of SUMTA; to provide service to the community; to be active members of the Mid-Atlantic Region for Music Therapy Students at the regional level and the American Music Therapy Association at the national level.
Shenandoah University Physician Assistant Student Society (SUPASS)
To serve as the official organization for the PA students; to promote academic achievement; to promote clinical excellence; to promote the Physician Assistant profession; to promote communication and collaboration with other allied health and medial student societies and the community; and to promote the physician assistant as a member of the health care delivery team.
Sigma Alpha Iota
To direct relationship to and in promotion of the purposes of our national fraternity; to uphold the highest ideals of a music education; to raise the standards of productive musical work among the women students of colleges, conservatories, and universities; and to further the development of music in America.
Sigma Rho Delta
To promote a sense of community within the department as well as to strengthen the relationship between students and faculty; to promote interest in dance both on campus and in the community; to offer service to the department, university, and community; to further dance education by bringing in guest teachers, choreographers, and speakers for workshops, seminars, and lectures, as well as to utilize the many talents of our own faculty; and to keep dancers informed of current cultural events and programs.

The purpose and mission of SOAR HIGHER is to help to promote awareness, teach, support, and advocate humanitarian compassion for all living creatures in the world we share together.
Student Chapter for Society of Human Resource Management
This organization is assembled to promote the profession of Human Resources and Human Relations specifically focused on the workplace.
Student Nurses Association
To assume responsibility for contributing to nursing education in order to provide for the highest quality health care; to provide programs representative of fundamental and current professional interest and concerns; to aid in the development of the whole persons, his/her professional role, and his/her responsibility of the health care of people in all walks of life; to have direct input into standards of nursing education and influence the educational process; and to promote and encourage participation in community affairs and activities towards improved health care and the resolution of related social issues.
Student Occupational Therapy Association
To provide students with educational opportunities through community exposure, as well as through organized events, workshops, and seminars. This organization also provides students with opportunities to network with fellow students, faculty, administrators, community representatives, and occupational therapy clients and with involvement opportunities to promote occupational therapy through group functions, fundraisers, service projects, and social activities.
Student Virginia Society of Health System Pharmacists
A professional organization for pharmacy students interested in learning about clinical pharmacy and residencies. This organization strives to extend pharmaceutical care focused on achieving positive patient outcomes through drug therapy; provide services that foster the efficacy, safety, and cot-effectiveness of drug use; contribute to programs and services that emphasize the health needs of the public and the prevention of disease; and promote pharmacy as an essential component of the care team.
