Shenandoah University supports veterans, active duty, and their dependents in their endeavor to attain degrees in higher education. To assist veterans and dependents a simple checklist is provided below as well as some hepful links.

Checklist
- Enroll for the VA benefits online by using the Veterans Online Application which can also be located at http://www.gibill.va.gov/. This information is required before benefits are granted.
- Contact the Office of Admissions to complete an online application to the university and order your military transcript. The Admissions staff will guide you through the admission and enrollment process.
- Apply for financial aid to help with costs not covered by VA benefits.
- If assistance is needed, please contact the veteran advocates who will help you navigate the process. This link will take you to the Program Enrollment page.
