Winchester
& Frederick County, of
the Commonwealth of Virginia, appear in nearly every chapter of
American history. Winchester has seen life as a Shawnee campground,
Quaker settlement, working outpost of George Washington and a
fought over prize of the Civil War. Today its historic ambience
is the backdrop of everyday pleasures like restaurants and the
Olde Towne Mall.

with acre after acre of blossoms- they're all part of the visual
spectacle. No wonder our environmental study students happily
volunteer to work on local projects like ecological surveys, wetland
investigations and protection initiatives.

Think corporate: internships, visiting speakers, business case

think - since all that and more is only 70 miles away - about
all the reasons you'll have to be part of it.
