The Bulletproof Mind: Mental Preparation for Combat is held in Halpin-Harrison Hall, Stimpson Auditorium. Lt. Col. Dave Grossman has been a keynote speaker at major national and international law enforcement training organizations and agencies. His presentation at Shenandoah University is designed for anyone who carries a gun or is in a position of safety. Participants can receive their DCJS certification from the City of Winchester Police Department as well as transcripts for CEUs from Shenandoah University and a certificate of completion from the Center for Lifelong Learning.
