1. Who may use the Wilkins Wellness Center services?
All faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to visit the Wilkins Wellness Center. All students must submit a completed and signed health form.

2. Where is the Wilkins Wellness Center located?
The Wilkins Wellness Center is located in Racey Residence Hall, facing the library. Students who are commuting are encouraged to park in the Blue parking lot in front of Alson Smith Library.  

3. What services are available at the Wilkins Wellness Center?
The Wilkins Wellness Center provides a variety of services including, but not limited to, treatment of acute illness or minor injury, blood pressure monitoring, glucose testing, and counseling.

4. What are the hours of the Wilkins Wellness Center?
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

5. Are Immunizations Available at the Wilkins Wellness Center?
Yes.  Some immunizations are available through the Wilkins Wellness Center for a minimal fee.

6. Is Health Insurance available for students through Shenandoah University?
Yes. A university sponsored health insurance plan is available.  For more information, you may visit the website at http://www.studentresources.com

7. I am traveling / studying abroad.  What do I need to do prior to travel?
You must contact SU's International Cross Cultural Center to obtain necessary forms.

8. Are counseling services available at the Wilkins Wellness Center?
Yes, counseling services are available to students. To schedule an appointment contact the wellness center at (540) 665-4530.

9. Do I have to pay for services provided by the Wilkins Wellness Center?
There are minimal fees for some services, however as a student you are entitled to an evaluation by the nurse at no cost for illness or injury.
