The program concludes with a group lunch in the clubhouse at noon\, providing a perfect opportunity to connect with experts and fellow enthusiasts. Facilitated by Dr. Eric Jorgensen\, PCC “Rabbit\,” of Wingman Executive Coaching\, LLC\, this practical lab moves beyond standard motivational workshops to help leaders build a high-performance leadership operating system. Designed for those ready to drive measurable results\, the LPL focuses on setting resonant expectations\, building trust under pressure\, clear decision-making\, and outcome-driven accountability. Participants are encouraged to bring a real-world leadership challenge and will leave with a concrete solution. As this is the program’s inaugural cohort\, seating is strictly limited.
