Year-Round Event Support
ACT provides event support throughout the year including:
- Annual graduation ceremony.
- White coat and pinning ceremonies.
- Recitals and end-of-semester Conservatory concerts.
- Full staff and faculty meetings.
- Film screenings.
- Guest speaker support.
- Board of Trustee and alumni meetings.
- Honor society induction ceremonies.
What types of events do ACT support?
ACT supports educational or extracurricular university sponsored event. Non-university sponsored events need to be submitted through the university’s Auxiliary Service unit, they may be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long in advance do I need to submit my request?
We kindly ask that you submit your request at least 5 days in advance of your event date in order to reserve the requested equipment. If your event requires onsite support or if your event setup is outside normal hours (M-F / 8am to 5pm) we need a minimum of two weeks notice to secure an event support technician.
When requesting event support, please include as much detail as possible in your work request (when, where, what you think you will need, what you want to accomplish, etc).
How Do I Schedule a Webinar?
Webinars are only to be used for university-sponsored, one time events. Regular class meetings can be run through Zoom Meeting. If you would like to put in a request to host a Zoom Webinar, please submit a request.
