The committees listed below are recruiting new members. These are great professional development opportunities for junior faculty and graduate students. No heavy lifting required!
Meetings are held monthly in Smith 318 and remotely via Zoom, and are planned to accommodate as many schedules as possible.

Student Research and Publication Committee
This committee works to provide student research and publication opportunities, and to improve student presentation skills. The group is involved in planning the annual SUpr Summit student symposium.
Faculty Research and Publication Committee
New 2017 Initiatives! This committee examines ways to foster faculty scholarly and creative endeavors and publishing, and helps to plan special events such as Wine, Cheese, & Scholarship and the Writing Retreat at Cool Spring Lodge.
Writing in the Disciplines Committee
This faculty learning community explores ways to help students improve their writing within the disciplines.
Digitally Enhanced Projects Working Group
This is a working group that explores ways to enhance student projects through technology.
